William Regal’s sixty-day drug suspension for a second violation of the company’s Wellness Policy concludes on Friday, July 18. He will be eligible to return to the ring at the “RAW, Smackdown & ECW Live” house show in Springfield, Mass. on Saturday, July 19.

Father James Mitchell has left TNA. The decision to part ways with James Mitchell was seemingly decided over the last few weeks. Mitchell is best known as the former manager of Abyss, as well as WCW’s Mortis, ECW’s Tajiri & Mikey Whipwreck, and TNA’s Judas Mesias.

WWE Presents Madison Square Garden Classics returns this Wednesday with two new episodes. The first, from 1986, features Hulk Hogan & Hillbilly Jim vs Big John Studd & King Kong Bundy and Randy Savage vs Tito Santana. Then another show from 1992 features a Battle Royal, Roddy Piper vs Repo Man and Undertaker vs British Bulldog.

On Wednesday at 4 p.m., WWE.com will premiere a new original video series, “Word Up,” starring JTG & Shad of Cryme Time. The show will teach urban slang to the WWE.com viewers, and is called “a mix between Snoop Dogg and Sesame Street.”

Shawn Michaels’ first appearance on Raw in two weeks led to a verbal confrontation between he and Chris Jericho. As they minced fiery words, HBK accepted Y2J’s challenge to a match at The Great American Bash.

Chris Hero won the PWG Title last night in Reseda, Calif. by defeating Human Tornado in a Guerrilla Warfare steel cage match. Also, Jimmy Jacobs & Tyler Black of the Age of the Fall, won the PWG tag titles over Roderick Strong and his fill-in partner, El Generico.

On Thursday, July 17, at 7:30 PM, FCW will tape its debut television show for future broadcast.  The show will feature appearances by John Cena, Chris Jericho, Kelly Kelly, and WWE Hall-of-Famers “Nature Boy” Ric Flair, “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes, and Rocky Johnson.

TNA star Mickie “Moose” Knuckles will be undergoing surgery today to repair a broken femur bone in her right leg. According to various eyewitness accounts online, she broke her leg last night after diving off a high platform at the IWA Mid-South presents Summertime Black & Blues indy show in Joliet, Illinois.

The August 2008 WWE 24/7 Video on Demand theme is “Destination Worldwide” and will feature WWE Hall of Famer Ivan Putski, the first WCW Japan Supershow (Ric Flair vs. Tatsumi Fujinami and The Steiners vs. Hiroshi Hase & Kensuke Sasaki), several WWF house shows from Toronto’s Maple Leaf Garden, several episodes of Stampede Wrestling and more.

World Wrestling Entertainment was victorious in court last week, successfully defending itself in a lawsuit brought against the company over the rights to the ring name of former WWE star Gangrel by CCP North America. CCP claimed it owned the rights to the Gangrel name before WWE used him on television several years ago.

Making his SmackDown debut, after being drafted from Raw, was Jeff Hardy, who fought WWE Tag Team Champion John Morrison in a valiant back-and-forth battle. After avoiding a Moonlight Drive from the Shaman of Sexy, Hardy delivered a facebuster-powerbomb, followed up by a Swanton Bomb and the pinfall.
